Pool out the back door, no stairs, and cable and internet already covered. Welcome to your first-floor home in Berkshire Lakes, one of Naples’ most active and walkable communities. Step out of the lanai, cross a little patch of grass, and you’re at the community pool. It sits directly behind the unit, so a swim is about thirty seconds away. When you want to stay inside, the lanai has an electric storm shutter, so hurricane season prep is a button press instead of a chore. Inside, you’ll find two large bedrooms, both roomy enough for king-size beds. The primary suite has a walk-in closet and a custom shiplap accent wall, plus an updated bath with a modern dual-sink vanity, new fixtures, and a walk-in shower. The guest bath has a tub, so you get the best of both worlds. LVP flooring in main living area and guest bedroom, which makes life easier, especially with pets. The eat-in kitchen has a large pantry and plenty of cabinet space. The laundry is its own walk-in room with shelving for storage, so the extras have a home. Being on the first floor means no stairs, whether you’re hauling groceries or just coming home. Condo fees cover a lot here, including cable TV and internet, which makes the monthly budget simple. Parking is ample, and the community is pet-friendly. Berkshire Lakes is the draw. You’ll find two community pools (one on the big lake with a spa), pickleball and tennis courts, and the main neighborhood clubhouse, all within walking distance. Miles of sidewalks wind through the neighborhood, including a big loop around the main lake, and you’ll see neighbors out walking, biking, and playing all day. Need groceries or a night out? Berkshire Commons is less than a mile away, with Publix and plenty of dining options. I-75 is minutes away, and you can be on 5th Avenue South or the beaches in about 15 minutes, with everything else Naples has to offer close by.
